The company JR INGEENIUM TECHNOLOGY, S.L. was established in May 2015 with the purpose of providing services to our future clients in any industry that is necessary.

Our company focuses mainly on the following activities:

  1. Production of components in large quantities or individual units, covering any geometric shape and material. We also specialize in the industrialization of ideas.

  2. We use various production methods, including:

    • Machining of metals and synthetic resins.
    • Three-dimensional printing (3D).
    • Injection of materials such as aluminium, PVC, PE and PA.

  3. We take care of the manufacture of molds for different purposes, such as injection, thermoforming and blowing. In addition, we offer the production of prototype molds for small series, as well as repair and modification services for them.

  4. We carry out the construction of tools and equipment, from its initial design to the final assembly.

  5. We offer turning services for parts and materials of any kind.

The business project is based on the valuable knowledge accumulated by our employees in the aeronautical and automotive sectors over several years. These employees have been part of prominent companies dedicated to the manufacture of moulds, tools, prototypes and machining of various geometries and materials. A key element in our proposal is excellence in quality, thanks to the outstanding skills of our team and their mastery of work tools. This, in turn, will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.

In addition, we intend to diversify our business areas, putting speed of execution and final quality as the main premise. We are aware of the importance of time and we feel motivated by it.

Our short-term goal is to become a leading supplier at a national level, both in the production of parts and in the manufacture of moulds. As we move forward, we are also looking to expand our operations internationally in the medium term. We strive to establish a strong presence in the global marketplace, offering our products and services to clients in various parts of the world.

This is our facilities

We have a large work space with more than 2,500 square meters of workshop, 400 square meters of technical office and 1,000 square meters of exclusive outdoor areas. Our facilities are strategically located at Avenida Energía 11, in Abrera (08630), near Seat, which gives us a privileged location. In addition, we have excellent transport connectivity, which facilitates communication and access to our facilities.
